In most cases, products are shipped from the closest production center to you. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country but this is not common.

Our personalized art is currently available in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Switzerland.

We currently don't ship to Europe as standard (we intend to in the coming months), however in the meantime if you do wish to ship an order within the EU or to a country not currently available, please reach out to us so we can see how we can help.

The artwork is placed within the frame and is then pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

Yes - all our frames come with a hanging kit for easy mounting. Larger frames (60x80cm and above) have a pre-attached hook on the back panel, while smaller frames include the mounting kit with an easel/stand and three sawtooth mechanisms for secure wall mounting. Note that screws or nails for the wall are not included in the hanging kit.

Yes. Every piece is produced to gallery standards using high-quality, sustainable materials. Our frames are crafted from responsibly sourced pine wood, available in natural wood, black, or white finishes. They’re sturdy at 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick, 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide.

Your artwork is printed on 200gsm semi-gloss paper that enhances color with a subtle sheen while remaining durable and long-lasting. Each print is protected with shatterproof plexiglass for safety and longevity, and we only use FSC-certified (or equivalent) sustainable paper stocks.

For orders shipped within the United States, Switzerland, UK, CA, AU/NZ, or Singapore, we guarantee delivery with Delivered Duty Paid. This means no additional customs fees will be incurred.

We also ship locally from: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In most cases, your order will be produced and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to you.

On rare occasions (for example, if stock is unavailable), your order may be shipped internationally even if a local center exists. If this happens, there’s a chance that customs fees could apply.
