We want you to love your Future Legends World purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full.

Please contact us at hello@futurelegendsworld.com and enter 'Happiness Guarantee' as the subject line together with a description of why you're unhappy (so that we can ensure to make this right for future customers). 

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away (within 7 days from delivery) so that we can work with you to resolve the problem. 

Please contact us at hello@futurelegendsworld.com and enter 'Damaged Item' as the subject line and include a description of the problem along with photos. 

Refunds
Refunds will be to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
